Romanissa is named after a local rosemary plant that flourishes in a single plot of 100-year-old Lledoner Pelut vines. These heritage vineyards produce a rare clone of Grenache, showcasing both history and exceptional quality. – a rare clone of Grenache. The untamed nature of the vineyard brings both beauty and challenge, as farmers must fend off wild pigs eager for this exquisite crop.

The entire plot is situated on schist soil, enhancing the wine’s mineral-driven character. Winemaking involves whole cluster fermentation in wood followed by 10 months of élevage. The result? A beautifully balanced wine that showcases fresh red berry fruits, refined tannins, and a touch of mouth-tingling minerality.
