How We Ship
All of our prints, calendars, apparel, and accessories are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted production partners closest to your delivery location. This helps reduce carbon emissions, packaging waste, and delivery times — ensuring your order arrives fresh from production, not from a warehouse shelf.
Production & Dispatch
Each item is created once your order is placed.

Production time: typically 2–5 business days

Shipping time: depends on your destination and local courier service

UK: 3–7 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey to your door.
Sustainable Local Fulfilment
To reduce our carbon footprint, your order is printed and shipped from the facility nearest to you. This means multi-item orders may occasionally arrive in separate parcels — don’t worry, they’re all on their way.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes determined by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe or appears lost or damaged, please contact us at shop@taste-union.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and make it right as quickly as possible.
Returns
Because each product is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. If that happens, simply send a photo and your order number to shop@taste-union.com and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
