Matassa Olla Blanc 2021 is a beautifully complex biodynamic white wine crafted by renowned winemaker Tom Lubbe in Roussillon, France. Made with Muscat Petit Grain and Macabeu, this wine bursts with bright floral and spice notes, complemented by refreshing citric flavours.

Golden yellow in colour, it’s energetic on the palate, full of life, and incredibly easy-drinking at 10% ABV. This low-intervention natural wine is perfect served chilled, pairing wonderfully with goats cheese or enjoyed simply on its own.
