Château Paraza Été Indien is a crisp Orange wine with a slightly sour flavour that pairs perfectly with powerful, spiced flavours. Made from Gewürztraminer, it has a gorgeous deep orange colour with aromas of meadow and floral notes. On the palate, tangy fruit flavours are balanced by a hint of mellow acidity, leading to a classic slightly sour aftertaste. It's perfect for pairing with a cheeseboard and holds up beautifully to bold, spicy flavours, from Korean and Thai to Indian and Katsu dishes. The grapes are destemmed, crushed, and left in a vat with skins and seeds for 10 days at 20°C, followed by malolactic fermentation and resting before bottling.
