A muscular glass of deep red wine. The 100+ old vine Carignan & Grenache Noir ooze flavours of cassis and figs, Syrah bringing a peppery elegance to produce a nice balance.  Jon is the quintessential, artisanal winemaker.  We cooked short ribs for 6 hours in a spicy dry-rub of paprika  and chilly. What a warm welcome for the first day of autumn.  ABV: 14.5%
