Flavour pairing: Golden in a glass is a winner with milk chocolate  

Romain Pion is a brilliant up-and-coming natural winemaker. And this is the deepend of natty wine: wild yeasts, no filtering, fizzy malolactic.  It's alive.  Here he takes the popular Marsanne grape and produces a lovely dry white wine – full of pears and peach flavours, aroma hints of roasted nuts, tad sour. We devoured it with Roast Pork and apple sauce.  Also, it’s a total winner with milk chocolate!  ABV: 13%.
