This organic blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah is meticulously vinified. The grapes are hand-sorted, destemmed, and cold-soaked before a 3-5 week maceration with pumpover and punchdown techniques to extract rich flavors and textures. Aging for 12 months in oak barrels enhances its complexity and depth.

On the palate, bold black cherry and juicy raspberry are harmoniously layered with exotic spices and a touch of leather, culminating in a long, contemplative finish.
