Flavour Pairing: A good old fashioned stew or a slow cooked meat. We loved it with a Moroccan lamb tagine.

Mourvèdre is a rustic grape. These old vines in the hands of Didier & Jen produce a splendidly aromatic medium-bodied red. Red fruits, little spice from the syrah, and full of menthol and floral flavour. You can taste that garrigue that grows in abundance. A favourite. ABV 13.5%
