Collection: The Winemakers | Organic & Biodynamic Natural Winegrowers
At Taste Union, we work with a handpicked group of independent winemakers from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of Southern France. These are not mass producers — they are small-scale, sustainable farmers who live and work on their land, crafting wines with integrity, flavour, and soul.
Each winemaker we champion follows organic or biodynamic practices, farming without synthetic chemicals and nurturing biodiversity in their vineyards. They believe wine should be a living reflection of its terroir — expressive, wild, and true to place.
At harvest, grapes are handpicked in small quantities, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and made with little or no added sulphur. These are wines made naturally, with a light touch in the cellar and a deep respect for the land.
We’ve visited every winemaker we work with — walked their vineyards, shared meals, and tasted wines directly from the barrel. The result is a curated range of wines that speak to the care, creativity, and commitment of their makers.

More About Our Natural Winemakers
Every winemaker we feature at Taste Union shares a commitment to organic or biodynamic farming and a belief that wine should reflect its origin — not a recipe. These aren’t corporate producers chasing consistency — they are artists, farmers, and stewards of the land.
Most of our growers work without additives, rely on native yeasts for fermentation, and farm by hand in small plots across the Languedoc-Roussillon. Many produce just a few thousand bottles per year — and we’re proud to bring their work to you in the UK.
Want to meet them? Explore their stories. We believe great wine starts with great people — and these are some of the best.
