About us

Taste Union is a love story that began with a passion for wine, food, and discovery. It’s a tale of two adventurers who, fuelled by their curiosity and shared palate, explored the vineyards of Languedoc Roussillon. They travelled, tasted, wandered, and wondered until they uncovered something extraordinary: a region rich in character, yet veiled by its rugged terrain and complex history.

From countless farms, only the finest were selected. After visiting nearly 300 vineyards, Bert&Emily partnered with 15 dedicated winemakers who exemplify the essence of their craft.

At Taste Union, we celebrate authentic, hand-crafted wines born from a deep connection to the land. Our winemakers are artisans with calloused hands and steadfast dedication.
